Education Background:

Dr. Tang graduated from the Department of Medicine of Wuhan Tongji Medical University in 1979 and received the advanced studies in Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University in 1985. During her work, Dr. Tang took many courses on pediatric emergency and infantile cerebral palsy in the specialized hospitals, including Beijing Children's Hospital, Guangzhou Children Hospital, China Rehabilitation Research Center.

Working Experience:

Dr. Tang has more than 30 years of clinical experience and teaching experience in tertiary A-level hospitals, taking the leadership position as Chief of Pediatrics and Neonatology Department and head of the Teaching and Research Section.

Specialty:

Dr. Tang is good at diagnosing and treating common and intractable diseases in various systems of pediatrics, and has rich experience and unique insights. In particular, Dr. Tang has in-depth studies on pediatric respiratory diseases, pediatric asthma, pediatric allergic diseases, nervous system diseases, brain dysplasia, child psychology, and guidance on children’s immunization and development.

Awards:

Dr. Tang has presided over a number of provincial scientific research projects, among which the scientific research project Effect of Low Level Lead Exposure on Fetal Gestational Week won the 2007 Hubei Provincial Major Scientific Research Achievement Award. Also she has won the titles of advanced practitioner in health systems, excellent teachers and excellent party members for many times.

Dr. Tang has published more than 30 papers in the leading medical journals and compiled two textbooks for universities and colleges.
